How do I sign up?
Just tap the Apply button and complete the quick and easy application.
How long does approval take?
Approval in most cases is in 60 seconds or less. In some cases, we may call you for more information.
How much credit will I recieve?
Usually, initial credit approvals are for up to $500 with quick increases approved based on positive payment history.
When is my payment due?
Your payment is due every Friday. Your payment amount will be 25% of the total balance as of the preceding Sunday.
Are there late fees?
Usawa does not charge late fees. But a missed payment could result in a suspended account until the account is current and the payment status is up to date.
How much interest is accrued on my balance?
Interest is calculated daily at your stated interest rate. Please refer to your loan contract for more information.
What happens if I can’t pay?
If you cannot make your payment, please call us immediately. Missed payments may lead to the suspension of your account privileges.

Can Usawa improve my credit score?
Usawa will report your usage and payment history to the credit bureaus. On time payments will help to improve your credit score.
What happens if I do not use all of the funds on a gift card that I purchased?
The gift cards that you purchase will function like typical gift cards. Once a gift card is purchased, the money cannot be removed from the gift card except through gift card purchases that you make.
